Getting Ready For the Feast of Tabernacles

I need a flute and possibly a trumpet. I have a tambourine. This time I am going to celebrate the feast where I can dance ! I may celebrate twice. The church group that I worship the Lord with may plan a celebration. It is not likely that theirs will conflict with mine. I want my family to come and celebrate with me this joyful of all feasts. Here are some pictures of the celebration last year . We played some games.
We worshiped the Lord. We thought about how the children of Israel celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles years and years ago. When I looked at the little tent and realized it purposely was left open and vulnerable to the elements. This was a way of saying , "I will trust in God to be my protector." "I will be open to Him, I will trust in Him."
I am looking forward to this years celebration(s). A family picnic, worship music, games, lots of time to reflect on the goodness of our God.

Cleaning, Sharing, Selling ,Writing

Sometimes I get tired of cleaning. It is so mundane. Knowing that I was to give my testimony tonight kept me thinking while I was cleaning. That was fun , I guess , but now I have one hundred different testimonies to give. I would try to keep my mind on cleaning. "Thank-you Lord,for this floor. Thank-you Lord, for this bath-tub I am cleaning." Testimony night finally came and I was able to give my heart felt acknowledgement that God has been doing a great thing in me. All hundred things that He has done of course I couldn't tell in ten minutes so I tried to say what He wanted me to say and quit.
I put ads in the local paper for some of the items I have to sell. I picked out what would bring in the most money and figure , it is my way of fishing. If God wants me to find a fish with a coin in it , I should at least go to the pond and try to pick one up. Or was it the market Jesus sent Peter to ? Well, you get the idea.
Shall I write my 100 testimonies out , or shall I try to write some articles that might sell ? Seeking first the kingdom of God is not always doing something spiritual. Seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness is all I need to do. The other things , like food, will be added unto me. I am sure.

The Store , Cleaning , Writing and Sharing

I keep filling the store with new items all the time. The cleaning jobs have picked up too and I am cleaning with great joy as recently my daughter is working with me. We have such a good time sharing the good news with each other . We keep our hands moving while our mouths go , because we know that we are there cleaning for His Glory . Another possible avenue for generating income has been writing . I found out about this site that pays for articles about things like product reviews . My housecleaning job provides me with an endless possiblities as many of my customers buy the newest cleaning products on the market . I am just waiting for the day when one of them buys that new "maids in the shower " product and says, "You don't have to clean the shower anymore ." Ha, ha.
Also the leader of a small group of women that meet on Tues. nights has asked me to give my testimony . Keep it to ten minutes , she asked . So , oh boy , I get to give my testimony , at least ten minutes of it . I am excited .
